Not Receiving Restart Benfits Empty Not Receiving Restart Benfits

I did a restart as a Red Hessian. I received the ID and was placed in the proper system, but have no access to Battlecruiser weapons for my new ship....no faction RH benefits. Please chk it out.

By the way, the ship is "WalkerRH"
