Server down for updates

Tuesday, July12 from noon-2pm.
I got the test server working under windows 7 64 bit w/ the help of Hooligan and Baldar. I'll be installing windows 7 on the server and we will be running the new flhook 3 and not the old one we were stuck with that kept crashing engines. Anyone who wants to help I will be on TS at that time.
