Lost a char

Hi, I have lost the character "Simmi". Parked on Livadia in Omicron Kappa on 23. June and now maybe stolen from the shipyard 
Cannot find it in my character menue again.
If its possible, please reinstall it.

I don't see it. I need to know another character from the same account so I can find the account folder.

Another Char in the same account is "Kenzo" or "Lotus".

OK. I found a copy but it's 2 weeks old. Let me know if any major equipment missing.
